Chinoserie Collection Resort & Spa
We acquired a defunct three-rai boutique hotel uniquely positioned beside Nai Harn Lake in Rawai. The location offered exceptional potential but the property was in disrepair.
Through an extensive program of refurbishment, repositioning, and design transformation, we relaunched the property as Chinoiserie Collection Resort & Spa, an elegant and design-forward retreat inspired by the timeless aesthetics of Chinoiserie style.
The project achieved a successful turnaround and brand-led repositioning, and was subsequently exited as a fully stabilized, revenue-generating asset.
Jantra Residence
Jantra Residence is a 14-bedroom private villa estate located in the hills of Kathu, Phuket. Originally acquired as a large residence with dated interiors, the property was extensively refurbished and reimagined by Glam Estate Group into a contemporary short-stay vacation villa.
The transformation introduced modern finishes, flexible communal spaces, and thoughtful guest-centric design. Today, Jantra Residence operates as a high-performing vacation rental, appealing to travelers seeking privacy, comfort, and an elevated sense of place.

Bussaba Villa
We acquired an underperforming and incomplete 1 rai villa in Bang-Jo, Phuket.
Through a complete program of refurbishment, reconfiguration, and design enhancement, we transformed the property into Busabba Villa, an intimate private residence defined by warm textures, curated spatial flow, and refined detailing
The repositioned property was successfully sold as a premium lifestyle asset, demonstrating our ability to unlock hidden value through strategic refurbishment and elevated design.
Polysh Beauty
Polysh Beauty is a boutique nail spa concept developed by Glam Estate Group, located in Bukis, near Central Festival Mall.
Conceived and built entirely from the ground up, Polysh Beauty was created as an elevated wellness destination, blending sophisticated interiors with a focus on refined service and guest experience.
The space has been fully constructed and fitted with custom interiors and branding. With current priorities centered on the delivery of 8 Atelier Residence, Polysh Beauty has been strategically paused.
This project reflects our broader capability to translate our aesthetic values and attention to detail into lifestyle and hospitality ventures, expanding the Glam Estate brand into new experiential category.
