The group is led by Ms. Dusadee Nawawongparnna. Her background in luxury hospitality with Ritz-Carlton Hotels and W Hotels informs an experience-driven approach to design and delivery. With more than six years of experience in Phuket’s real estate market, she brings a refined understanding of what discerning buyers and long-stay residents seek: authenticity, timelessness, and quiet luxury.

Chinoiserie Collection Resort & Spa
We acquired an inactive three-rai boutique hotel beside Nai Harn Lake in Rawai. The location offered exceptional potential, but the asset required full repositioning.
Through a comprehensive program of refurbishment, brand repositioning, and design transformation, we relaunched the property as Chinoiserie Collection Resort & Spa, a design-forward retreat inspired by the timeless aesthetics of Chinoiserie.
The project achieved a successful turnaround and brand-led stabilization, and was subsequently exited as a revenue-generating asset.
Jantra Residence
Jantra Residence is a 14-bedroom private villa estate in the hills of Kathu, Phuket. Originally acquired as a large residence with dated interiors, the property was extensively refurbished and reimagined into a contemporary short-stay villa.
The transformation introduced modern finishes, flexible communal spaces, and guest-centric planning. Today, Jantra Residence operates as a high-performing vacation rental, appealing to travelers seeking privacy, comfort, and an elevated sense of place.
This project demonstrates our capability in adaptive reuse, design-led refurbishment, and operational positioning, translating design decisions into real commercial performance.
Bussaba Villa
We acquired an underperforming and incomplete villa on a one-rai land plot in Bang Jo, Phuket.
Through a complete program of refurbishment, reconfiguration, and design enhancement, we transformed the property into Bussaba Villa, an intimate private residence defined by warm textures, curated spatial flow, and refined detailing.
The repositioned property was successfully sold as a premium lifestyle asset, demonstrating our ability to unlock hidden value through strategic refurbishment and elevated design.
Polysh Beauty
Polysh Beauty is a boutique nail spa concept developed by Glam Estate Group, located in Bukis, near Central Festival Mall.
Conceived and built from the ground up, Polysh Beauty was created as an elevated wellness destination, blending sophisticated interiors with refined service and a strong guest experience. The space has been fully constructed and fitted with custom interiors and branding.
With current priorities centered on delivering 8 Atelier Residence, Polysh Beauty has been intentionally paused to focus resources and execution capacity. This project reflects our broader ability to translate our design and operational standards into lifestyle and hospitality categories.
